Behind Every Bride was started by wedding planner Sara O'Shea, with So Chic Events, after she identified a huge gap in the market. Brides hoping to find the best vendors for their big day would have to search and search in order to find them. O'Shea wanted to create a cohesive resource where brides and vendors across the Central Illinois area could connect with one another. With this, BEB was born!

The goal of Behind Every Bride is to strengthen and enhance the overall wedding business in Central Illinois, as well as provide brides and grooms with a useful and comprehensive resource to aid them in planning their dream wedding.  With both a magazine publication and cohesive website, as well as hosting four bridal shows per year and attending the other local shows, the resources provided by BEB are easily accessible.

Not only does BEB showcase the best vendors Central Illinois has to offer, but it also provides inspiration to brides across Illinois that makes the planning process one that is smooth and enjoyable.
