The traditional bride is allows imagined in a large white dress, long train, all the beading and lace you could ever imagine, and of course the veil. The styles of wedding gowns have changed from traditional to modern over the years, so why not spice up the veil as well? As we have seen in many bridal shows or bridal stores the traditional cathedral length veil and a blusher are still used by many brides today. Instead of only using those two veils for your wedding, mix things up by adding a fingertip length veil in between the cathedral and the blusher veils. This will add more layers and texture to your veil. Also it is great to have the fingertip veil if you are interested in wearing your veil to the reception. For those brides still wanting veils, but not the full cathedral length veil, try wearing just the fingertip veil and the blusher. Many brides choose this option if their dress has a lot of detail and beading along the back and on the train. The cathedral length veil may take away or cover all that detail. If you a rebellious and do not want any type of veil then try the small bird cage headpiece. It is a fun fifties inspired netting that can go over your face or over your hair. Another idea can be to have a decorative flower clip or fresh flowers in your hair. They can add color and will look beautiful in any type of ceremony. If you have any questions and are looking for ideas check out our vendors! I'm sure they will have several headpieces for you to choose from!
