Planning a wedding can take a toll on anyone. Here are a few tips on keeping your skin healthy leading up to your wedding day.
- Late nights= dark baggy circles. There may be some late nights leading up to the wedding working on last minute details. A few tips to get rid of these is to hold a cold packet 1-2 times a day under your eyes for a short period of time, use an eye cream around the eyes to keep the skin moisturized, and try not to rub the eyes frequently.
- Exfoliate your skin with home exfoliation treatments or microdermabrasion treatments. Exfoliation can help with acne and can help minimize pores.
- Don’t fake bake. All brides look more healthy and beautiful with their own skin tones. You want to look just as beautiful on your 50th wedding anniversary as you did on your wedding day.
- Facial peels are a great way to get rid of dead skin cells and anything not wanted in those pores of yours. Try pampering your skin with organic peels a few weeks before your big day.
- Do you have acne problems? Facials can sometimes help with inflammation and blemishes. Make sure to start dealing with your acne problems 2-3 months in advance.
