To finish out our “Vendor of the Week” series – we dedicate our blog to a  Q&A with Jacque Austin Photography & Graphic Design.

 1. Tell us about yourself.  My photography experience started when I was about 8 years old. I got my very own camera  for Christmas, and it went everywhere with me. When I was 10 my Dad gave me his cool 35mm  “grown up” camera, and I was in heaven. I was most happy when I was shooting pictures, and  today, that has not changed. I realized that I had this incredible passion to capture beauty in  every form. I see a story every time I look through my camera. I see what’s below the surface.  I want you to see that too. What are your memories worth? Can you put a price on them?  It is my desire and an honor to give you the ultimate worry free experience.  That is what its all about for me; capturing your personality, your memories, your story...

2.  What made you start your business?    I have been shooting for 25 years and launched my own business 2007.  I started it because it has been my dream forever. I stopped talking about it, and finally did it.

3.   What’s your advice to brides?  You have one day, one chance to capture your wedding.  Make sure you hire a photographer with a pssion to capture your story. When you look back through your wedding album, will you cringe or be in love with your images?

4. What’s your favorite part of what you do?  I love romance! I am all about a love story and passionate to tell that story.  When I hand a bride her Album and see the excitement and sometimes tears of joy, it is an honor to me to have been a part of their very special day.

5.   What’s your favorite part of a wedding?  My favorite thing to see at a wedding, is watching the bride and groom dance their first dance. The way they look at each other, the passion they share, the excitement of forever together...  That says it all.
